Most tours depart from our predeparture hotels at
7.30am, unless stated otherwise. Departure times
may vary so it is important that you check your
voucher. We offer discounted rates for before and
after accommodation. These ‘gateway’ hotels are
conveniently located in each of our departure and
arrival cities. Rooms are based on twin share as
most passengers prefer to stay with other trekkers
at an affordable price – it’s also a great opportunity
to get to know your fellow trekkers. Reservations
at our gateway hotels can be made on the
booking form by indicating the number of nights
you require (1 night before & 1 night after in all
gateway hotels).
