SMALL GROUP FREEDOM
OzXposure is owned by TrekAmerica and is one of the leading companies when it comes to small group size travel. Our small group sizes really let you get off the beaten path and escape the crowds. With no more than 14 people on the majority of our tours and a maximum of 25 on some of our more remote Western Australian adventures, you'll enjoy all the flexibility of travelling with a small group of adventurous, like minded individuals. With our flexible nightstops we can alter our itinerary to take in more of what you want to see. Only possible with a small group of adventurous people from all over the world.
PARTICIPATION
The main ingredient in any great holiday is team spirit and a willingness to help with the day to day running of the tour. From loading to unloading equipment, preparing meals and doing dishes, everyone participates.You will be assigned certain tasks on a rotating roster, a perfect opportunity to break the ice and share in the experience with your fellow trekkers, with lots of individual input, fun and flexibility.

ACCOMMODATION
We make use of a wide range of different styles of budget accommodation during the course of our tours. You could find yourself bedding down under the stars in a traditional Aussie swag (bush camping) and pitching your tent in the remote Aussie outback, or staying in a range of backpacker hostels, cabins, pubs, hotels and motels throughout the duration of your journey.
Whether you're camping or on one of our fully accommodated tours, we endeavour to provide you with clean, comfortable lodging, allowing you to relax and enjoy your adventure 'down under' to its absolute fullest.
NB. Unless otherwise indicated, all accommodation is included in the price of the tour.
FOOD KITTY AND MEALS
All passengers including the tour leader, pay AUD$10 or NZD$10 a day as part of a food kitty contribution. All supplies, excluding alcohol and soft drinks, are purchased from this kitty. Everyone shares in the purchase, preparation and cooking of meals to help keep the cost down and we buy fresh food as we travel to satisfy the international tastes of the group.The food kitty covers three meals on most days but does not cover the group when we decide to take in the local tucker (food) at restaurants along the way. All money left in the kitty at the end of the trip is returned to you. We believe there is no way to eat better and healthier on such a budget.
On some of our more isolated tours, the majority of meals are provided as part of the tour cost. Please refer to individual trip details.
ADVENTURE
On most of our tours we include many of the main activities in your trek price, more inclusions than any other adventure company in Australia. We also give you the freedom to choose additional activities and approximate costs are also shown to help you plan your holiday budget.Take advantage of the best group discounts we have negotiated for you. We recommend a minimum of AUD/NZD $60-$70 spending money a day which should cover restaurant meals, souvenirs, nights out, some of the optional activities and your food kitty. Everybody has different tastes; some spend a lot more, others spend a lot less than this suggested amount so please use it as a guide only.
