WHO ARE WE ?

OzXposure offers small group adventure tours for a younger international crowd who want to experience Australia. Our type of tours are the best way to discover this continent with a unique combination of sightseeing and adventure activities and going "where the crowds can't go". We explore Australia on trips that take you to big cities, National Parks, beaches, small towns, and many places away from the tourist routes.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR ?

We are looking for adventurous, dynamic, flexible, reliable and organized Australian citizens aged 25+ for tour leader positions for our adventure programme. A leader organizes outdoor activities, provides city sightseeing excursions and arranges nighttime entertainment; teaches campground etiquette and delegates camp chores ranging from cooking to loading the equipment onto the vehicle.

A leader performs daily administration tasks such as accounting, handling all driving, arranging the daily logistics, researching unfamiliar territory and managing the ever-changing group dymanics. Our tour leaders cetainly are an incredible collection of individuals - both men and women - and represent a variety of backgrounds .. in a word: diverse!

SPECIAL SKILLS ?

Those Australians with a good sense of Australia geography, history and culture should consider those qualities a bonus. However, the OzXposure tour leader experience is not for everyone! If you are one of the individuals whose motivation is ignited by this type of challenge and whose lifestyle is compatible, or can become compatible, with this concept then, please let us learn more about you.

WHO CAN APPLY FOR A POSITION ?

All tour leader applicants must be Australian citizens and be at least 25 years of age (insurance requirement), have a clean LR (small bus) licence & drivers authority, good communication skills, and a keen interest in meeting people from all over the world. The position may involve being on the road for up to 8 weeks at a time.
