We make use of a wide range of different styles of budget lodging accommodation during the course of our tours.

In Australia you could find yourself staying in a range of backpacker hostels, cabins, lodges, hotels and motels with the occasional pub. Most nights are based on multishare and wherever possible, we try to accommodate couples. Twin share rooms cannot be guaranteed but may be requested for a supplement.

In New Zealand we use a range of backpacker style hostels and cabins. The hostels have full kitchens, TV rooms, games rooms and many of them even have a bar! They have a great atmosphere and are a fun way to travel and to meet other travellers. Generally, our groups stay in 4-bed single sex rooms but we may occasionally need to use larger rooms. Twinshare rooms may be availablele but are not guaranteed. Please ask your OzXposure sales consultant for more information and supplements.

All accommodation is included in the price of your tour and you will find the style of accommodation indicated in the tour itinerary for each night. Wherever the tour may take you, we endeavour to provide clean and comfortable lodgings to allow you to relax and enjoy your adventure ‘down under’ to its absolute fullest.

Sleeping bags are not necessary on our fully accommodated Australia treks. However, you will need a sleeping bag on our New Zealand tours as not all of the accommodation will have linen supplied.
